Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), often referred to simply as heart failure, is a chronic medical condition in which the heart is unable to pump blood efficiently, leading to a buildup of fluid (congestion) in the lungs and other parts of the body. This condition can be categorized into two main types: systolic heart failure and diastolic heart failure.
