CPR, or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, is a lifesaving emergency procedure that is performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate action and administration of CPR can greatly increase the likelihood of survival. CPR can be performed by nearly anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. It is a simple procedure that anyone can learn with minimal training.
