About
Neomedic is a medical device company that specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative products for the field of women’s health. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Valencia, Spain, with additional offices in the United States, Canada, and Brazil.
Neomedic’s products are designed to address a range of medical conditions affecting women, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and breast cancer. The company’s flagship product is the TOT (Transobturator Tape) sling, which is used to treat stress urinary incontinence in women.
The TOT sling is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that involves inserting a sling made of synthetic mesh material through small incisions in the groin area. The sling is then positioned underneath the urethra to provide support and prevent urine leakage during physical activities such as coughing, sneezing, and exercise.

1 – Needleless
First of its kind, Needleless is the single incision sling that is placed with no anchors and no skin incisions. It incorporates a patented pocket positioning system and can be performed with local anesthesia. So, if you’re looking for a minimally invasive treatment that leaves no marks and scars, this is a viable option for you.
2 – Knotless Incontinence Mesh (KIM)
Incorporating the same sling system as the others, what sets KIM® apart is that it is the only mesh available with no knots. The absence of knots makes the mesh macroporous (not microporous within the knots) and hence less susceptible to infection. The sling also has smoother edges than other slings, thus facilitating a painless placement and a lesser risk of tissue erosion. Studies have supported the fact that the KIM system might be beneficial in terms of reducing post-operative complications.
3 – TRT Remeex
TRT Remeex is a medical device used to treat male stress urinary incontinence, a condition in which urine leaks out involuntarily due to weak or damaged pelvic floor muscles. The device is designed to provide a minimally invasive, adjustable solution to this common problem.
The TRT Remeex system consists of a small implant that is inserted through a small incision in the scrotum. The implant consists of a silicone balloon filled with a saline solution, as well as a valve that can be adjusted to control the flow of urine.
